DECORATING AND REFURBISHING SERVICES
Call out is possible up to 30km from Almancil.
If there is a need, we will visit the property to take measurements, discuss the color, style and prices of the materials. We will search, order, buy and deliver all materials and products for your convenience.

The charge for this service represents 20% from the full value of the refurbishment and it includes:

furniture, decorations and material search and ordering.

search is done online and in the shops - we have great knowledge of local suppliers and their prices, and we will make sure that you will get the best quality products while respecting your refurbishing budget.

receiving deliveries at the property on your behalf.

assembling and arranging of all furniture.

fixtures fitting - pictures, light fixtures and shelves fitting.

packaging and waste disposal.

cleaning of your property after everything is in place, so it is immediately ready to be enjoyed by you or your guests.
