SMALL HOME REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS PRICES
Call out is possible up to 30 km from Almancil. If there is a need, we will visit the property to take measurements, discuss the color, style and price of materials. We can order or buy the material for your convenience. Price of the material is covered by the customer.
The minimum duration of the appointed work must be at least 2 hours. Prices and time frames are based on 1 person working ability. Price of material is covered by customer. Cleaning after work is included in the price.
WALL PAINTING= €20/hour* + cost of material. Experienced, clean and time effective interior wall painting.*

WALLPAPERING = €20/hour* + cost of material, with the wall height up to 3m.

SMALL REPAIRS/FIXTURES FITTING/FURNITURE PAINT RESTORATION = €20/hour* + cost of material.
Experienced silicone application, wall repairs, grouting, pictures hanging, curtain railings hanging, shelves hanging, light fixtures fitting, changing of door handles and many other services to improve the look of your property. The hardwood furniture, door/ door frames restoration - sanding and painting. Clean and precise work.*

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY = €15/hour.*
Small items (bedside table) assembly time is approx. 1/2 - 1 hour and large items assembly (3 door wardrobe) time is approx. 3 - 4 hours. Packaging removal and disposal are included in the price.
FITTING OF ALOJAMENTO LOCAL EQUIPMENT
Have you obtained your local holiday rental license, but need to equip your property with the safety equipment to comply with all the emergency requirements? We can take that responsibility off your shoulders, obtain and fit all the safety equipment for your 'alojamento local' for you.
Please contact us for the price of this service as it depends on the size of the property. The cost of the equipment is covered by the client.
